Helping Participants Receive the Food, Activities, and Community Support They Deserve
Care To Give is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening our community by providing charitable support to individuals and families who may experience financial barriers to food, activities, educational opportunities, and meaningful community participation.
Supporting Our Community. Supporting Our Neighbors.
Our mission
At 2nd Home Adult Day Health Care Center, participants have an opportunity to spend time with others, participate in activities, enjoy nutritious food, and remain socially and actively engaged. Care To Give wants to help make these experiences accessible to participants who may need additional financial assistance. We believe that financial hardship should not prevent someone from participating in their community.

Give todayWhy your support matters
For many older adults and vulnerable community members, an adult day health care center is an important part of their social and community life. It can be a place to…

Friendship, conversation and a familiar face — connection is at the heart of every day.

Nutritious food tastes better shared at a table with friends.

Arts and crafts, music, games and gardening keep minds and hands engaged.

Educational and wellness activities that spark curiosity at every age.

Birthdays and holidays are sweeter when they’re shared.

Everyone deserves to feel seen, welcomed and part of something.
Insurance does not necessarily pay for every supplemental activity, special event, food item or community program. That’s where Care To Give — and supporters like you — can help.
